"This is spam" button not working

Previous emails I had marked as spam just started showing up in my inbox, and
when I click "This is spam" button...nothing happens. Outlook freezes up and
I have to close the program. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

There is no 'This is spam' choice in Outlook. You must have an addon like
Norton that does that. If you mean Add to Junk Mail, check your Junk Mail
settings and make sure your OL has the latest updates.
