there is no dvdrom and cd rw drives

suddenly they had dissappeared i have no idea whats going on, the last thing
i did is that i disabled some services of the windows but i enabled them
again and the probles is still there, can anyone help me? another thing in
the hardware administrator the drivers of the devices have a ----!---- mark,
what does this mean?, and when i try to refresh the driver there isnt an
apropiate drive taht the one that is already installed

You could try system restore back to before you disable the services.

i cant do the registry thing cause when i want to eliminate the registry key
there is a box telling me there was an error and cant complete the task, i
dont know exactlly how is it told, cause i have a spanish version of windows
it says "no se puede eliminat {4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} : error
al eliminar la clave"

"windows cant load the driver for this hardware. its possible that the

and something else, you talked about something, reset the bios, how can i do

It sounds like you're attempting to delete the entire
{4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} key. If my assumption is correct,
then that is why you are receiving that error message.......when you have
highlighted the {4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} key, look in the
right-hand pane for these values:

UpperFilters
and
LowerFilters

Right-click on each of those above-mentioned values and select Delete.
