The transition from the IE window to a different address, most often ends in
failure. This happens when an address is entered in the Address Bar of IE
and when you try to do it by link from current page. A second IE window
appears above the first one. Both the windows are without a content, they
are not minimized and not closed. Only computer restart can fix the
situation .
But first IE window opens normally.

Prompt me where to look for an error, please.
