I think that is Cairo clock if I am not mistaken, you can choose different version when you download it and one of them is the transparent one. Have not played around with it in a while but I think that is the one.

Quad is way of beam, though Cairo Dock is pretty cool.

Urmas seems to have found some variations, though his second link seems to be the same.

Whatever, is a cool plasmoid which is customisable

This one's a little different, it's from 2001. I was either a member of Icrontic or BBF then and everybody seemed to be a Resident something or other. I was resident smart-arse Nothing's changed then, lol

Interesting thingies: Nortons in use, plus Real Player and Quick Time. Eek.

And I still play some of those games. This was Win 98. And the 'Oblivion' icon is the Recycle Bin.
