The Page Cannot Be Displaced Error Message

My system is Windows XP. When using Internet Explorer, I
cannot access secure websites. Not having the problem
with Netscape. What do I do to correct this problem?

Rightclick IE (Internet Explorer) icon on your

desktop/click Properties. Now reset the Privacy and
Security tabs to "Medium"/ on each one click Apply and OK
to reset and save settings.
