The network name cannot be found

I have a Windows 2000 Professional workgroup network with Workgroup named
Room101. All of them have the same Admin account and password. However,
when I browsed the network through My Network Places > Computers Near Me, I
got the error saying "The network name cannot be found". When I did an "net
view", I got the "System error 1326 has occurred. Logon failure: unknown
username or bad password". I search Google for this error and got the return
to http://www.chicagotech.net/systemerrors.htm, but couldn't resolve the
problem according to the resolutions there. If you could please help me
figure what's wrong, it'd be greatly appreciated.

What happen when you search via the entire Network?
Sounds like you can't communicate with the workgroup master browser. Shut
down everything but your box and boot up computers one-by-one.

When search via the Entire Network, it showed Room101, but when I clicked on
it, it gave me the same error. I did boot up the computers after the host
box was up.
