The "Get Internet Explorer" Icon and Link for your website

Once upon a time you could put a "Get Internet Explorer" Icon and Link on
your website.

What happened to that? I would like to put an IE6 and an IE7 icon on one of
my new webpages, but I cannot find this on the MS site anywhere.

Can anyone help me out?
