the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)

I have the same problem like you...the msg says: OPXPApp.exe. Application
Error....
The application failed to initialized properly (0xc0000142)..
I hope someone can tell me what is this file ? and how can we solve this
recurrent problem ?
