That Swen worm.....

....has infected me. The other week I posted a reply and did not change my
email address. I now receive lots of emails that are crap. I've downloaded
the latest updates but nothing changes. Can anybody tell me what I need to
do?

You're out of luck unless your ISP has an antispam/antivirus feature, or you
install one, or change your email address.
