Swen worm

Can anyone tell me how to get people infected with the
Swen worm to stop sending me emails? I am getting about
50 bogus emails a day from people posing as MicroSoft
telling me that I need to open an attachment to download
the latest security stuff. I know that I should not open
these emails. As a matter of fact, my Norton is catching
all of them before I can open them, but they are really
filling up my Outlook Express and they are time consuming
and annoying. How can I make them stop? I don't know
where else to turn for advice. Thanks.

You need to stop using your real email address in Newsgroups, etc.
That's how the Swen works = harvests your email address ........
