text disappears

Joyce

Hi,
Occasionally when I forward or reply to an email, after writing my text, I
insert a signature, the signature appears but the text of my message
disappears. I am running Outlook 2007 and have the text set to plain text,
not HTML or Rich Text. This does not happen for every forward or reply and
there seems to be no common element involved.
Please help,
Joyce

Are you typing in the signature field? Add -- to the top of each signature
so you can see where it begin. Before changing signatures, right click on
the text and see if it shows the normal context menu or the signature menu.

Thank you for this. I wasn't sure what you meant at first but I tested it
out and YES that was what was happening. Thanks for your help.
