Signatures HTML vs. Plain Text

George

Hello,
I use Outlook 2007 and have updated my New and Reply signatures since my
company changed names. Everything works fine when emails are HTML format, but
when I Reply or Forward a Plain Text email, my OLD SIGNATURE is applied. I
don't even see the old signature in the Signature Options! Does anyone know
where I can access this phantom signature and update it.

I'm sure this must be a bug because I have the same problem on both my
desktop and laptop.

Thanks,
George

In addition to Roady's information, you should be able to delete the
non-HTML sig files and Outlook should recreate them based on the HTML sig
file that's correct. Seems to work for me.
