Logo disappear when reply or forward email

I use Outlook 2003, when I create a new email, the signature will appear
perfectly, however when I reply or forward email, the company logo will
disappear from signature ? Also logo will appear only in rich text ?

Outlook always uses the format of the original message when replying or
forwarding. If you haven't defined your signature in that format, it won't
display correctly.
