Terminal server session hangs

Hi!

I have a windows 2000 terminal server SP4, and my problem
is that the terminal server hangs up for some seconds,
working good for a moment and hangs again for some more
seconds, and the server in general are working very slow
when more than 10 users are logged in.

And the performace of the server is far away from overload.

What is the most common reason for this kind of problems?

Some of the user are using the same account and profile to
login to the terminal server, could that be the cause of
the problem?

server performance problems" (wording is very similar)? I've answered

TH...don't be fooled necessarily about 324446...this
patch did not solve this specific problem for me...it may
for you, but give it a shot.
