Terminal server and clip art (not enough memory)

I have a windows 2000 SP4 network with 2 terminal
servers. I have a user who has an XP workstation who
accesses office 2002 through a terminal session using
RDP. Whenever she is in office and tries to access clip
art, she gets a "not enough memory issue" and cannot
access clip art although I know their is plenty of
memory. I have had other users access office through
other machines on a terminal session (they have 2000
loaded on their workstation) and they have no problem.
Could it be something between the XP workstation and the
terminal session????? She accesses office through her
terminal session so I am at a loss. Can anybody
help????????

If this person logs in from another client, does the same
behavior also occur?

I seem to recall that this issue was fixed in a service
pack of Office XP. SP2 is out, so have you tried loading
that up?

No I haven't. I will try loading the service pack. I
hope it works. It is a strange problem.
