tentative

Hi all

I am working with OUtlook (2003) and exchange server at work. When you send
a meeting it only appears as tentative when it is opened (even if with the
read pane). Is it possible to make it automatically appear in the calendar as
Tentative once the meeting is sent. There if I send a meeting request it
appears in the users calendar as tentative even before they open the email.

I tried using a rule to make it mark as read when it enters the inbox but it
did not work.

Any suggestions (even if the answer is no!!) are gratefully recieved
