Outlook 2003/exchange 2007 and IPhones

Hi,
Has anyone had issues with the iphones and outlook. We have now given our
directors/managers IPhones. The directories secretary as a delegate accepts
his meeting requests for him from outlook 2003. Since he got the iphone the
meeting requests show as tentative even though she has accepted. She added
him to a meeting sent the emails accepted on his behalf but the meeting
showed as tentative.

Also another secretary amended an existing meeting sent the amemdments to
the users and they accepted but then they got another 7-8 emails for the same
request. I found something on the net about IPhone issues with outlook.
I've posted this here to see if it might be an outlook issue with the
iphones. Any help appreciated.

There are a number of issues with iphones and outlook/exchange. This is

I think you'll get better assistance in the iphone forums at apple -
everyone there uses iphones and many use outlook. Apple's iPhone forum for
