OUTLOOK Meeting Request

We have an Admin Assist the manages the mailbox for an Executive and whenever
a meeting request is sent to the Executive, the meeting is marked
"Tentative". This does not happen if I send the Admin Assist a meeting
request, it only happens when a meeting request is sent to the Executive.
Where can I turn this "Off"? We are using OUTLOOK 2003 but our Exchange
Server is 2007, not sure if that makes any difference.
Thanks in advance

Meeting requests are always tentative until they are accepted. Is the admin
assistant automatically accepting meetings? (tools, options, calendar
options)

No, the admin is not doing anthing and it does not look like any action has
been taken, the admin is concerned why the meetings are marked "Tentative".
Is that a feature in Exchange 2007 even though we are using OUTLOOK 2003.
Just a little more background, we just recently migrated to Exchange 2003 to
Exchange 2007. This has not happened in the past.
Thanks

It's normal behavior in all versions of exchange for the appointment to be
added to the calendar as Tentative until it's accepted or declined. They
can be automatically accepted in tools, options, calendar options, resource
scheduling.

Now if accepted appointments remain as tentative then something is wrong,
either on the calendar or with free/busy updating.
