TCP/IP not installed

Someone has moved or deleted files from my registry.
I can ping other Clients on the network but i cann't connect to the
internet, or see DHCP.
I think that the problem lies with the winsock files.I reinstall SP 1 with
no result.
Can you help me fix this problem.

Which Operating System are you running. If you are using Win XP (Home,
Pro) try the steps mentioned in this KB article to reset TCP/IP.
