TCP/IP - Can only Ping localhost (127.0.0.1)

Greetings
Has anyone seen this before?

Windows XP Home SP
Via Rhine integrated NI
Successfully Pings localhost (127.0.0.1
Successfully Pings local machine (192.168.0.225
Will not ping other PCs withing same IP bloc
Will not ping Gateway or DHCP server (though it gets a Dynamic IP assignment from server
Cannot Ping (192.168.0.225) from other PCs on networ

Tried >netsh int ip reset tcplog.txt and reset TCP/IP stac
Tried removing the Winsock and Winsock2 registry keys and reinstalling TCP/IP protocol from /Windows/in
Tried Windows repair optio
Tried Norton eTrust AntiVirus Program
Tried Bulletproofsoft.com spyware remover and Winsock fix utility, Spybot & Ad-Awar
Tried replacing Motherboard with identical one (same integrated adapter

Old Realtec 10MBps NIC work in PCI slot with onboard NIC disabled in BIO

Does anyone have any other sugestions
