Taskbar problem

Hi,
I am pretty sure this has been posted before and the solution is simple. I
cannot get the taskbar to go to the bottom of the screen. My kids somehow
accidently moved it to the top of the screen and I cannot fix the problem.
Please help

thanks

Moving and Sizing the Taskbar
Windows XP is very flexible. You can size, color, and position anything to
your liking. But you can only move and size things on the taskbar when the
taskbar is unlocked. You can quickly lock, or unlock the taskbar at any time
by right-clicking the current time in the lower right corner of your screen
and choosing Lock the Taskbar from the shortcut menu that appears. You can
tell when the taskbar is unlocked, because sizing handles are invisible, and
Lock the Taskbar on the shortcut menu isn't checked,

To move the entire unlocked taskbar to another edge of the screen, move the
mouse pointer to some empty spot on the taskbar (not on a button or icon).
Then hold down the left mouse button, drag the taskbar to any edge of the
screen, and release the mouse button.

Right click the taskbar, then click to clear the Lock Taskbar option.

Left click, in the middle of the Taskbar, hold down the button and drag the
Taskbar down to the bottom.

Right click the taskbar, then click Lock the Taskbar.

Now it can't be moved or resized unless the Lock Taskbar option is cleared
again.

If you want to resize the Taskbar...

Right click the taskbar then click to clear the Lock Taskbar option.

Move your cursor over the edge of the taskbar until it becomes a
double-headed arrow.

Left click and drag down to the single height.

Right click the taskbar then click Lock the Taskbar.

Now it can't be moved or resized unless the Lock Taskbar option is cleared
again.
