Somehow my taskbar is at the top of my screen. I have unlocked the taskbar
and tried to drag it, but it doesnt go anywhere. Is there another way to move
it back to the bottom?

Right click on the Taskbar first and Unlock the Taskbar. Grab it in a blank
area and drag it to the bottom. Re-lock the Taskbar.

"Somehow" is a strange word to use here. Although by default the task
bar appears on the bottom of the screen, it can be on any of the sides
you prefer it on. There is no "right" place for it. To move it from
any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it and drag it
where you want it. Be sure to click *within* it, not on the edge;
clicking on the edge and dragging will resize it, not move it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on it
and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.

If you have trouble moving it from the top to the bottom, try first
moving it to one side, then to the bottom.

Undoubtedly the way it got to the top of the screen is that you
accidentally dragged it there without realizing it.
