TASKBAR STUCK ON SIDE OF DESKTOP

MY TASKBAR IS STUCK ON THE SIDE OF MY DESKTOP. I CAN EXPAND IT BUT CANNOT
MOVE IT TO THE BOTTOM. THE "LOCK THE TASKBAR" IS UNCHECKED. WHEN I LEFT CLICK
AND DRAG, NOTHING HAPPENS. THIS HAPPENED ORIGINALLY WITH THE TASKBAR STUCK AT
THE TOP OF MY DESKTOP, NOW IT MYSTERIOUSLY MOVED TO THE LEFT SIDE. ANY
SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET IT BACK TO THE BOTTOM? I'M RUNNING XP HOME EDITION.

It seems that the "Caps Lock" key on your keyboard is broken as well.

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.....

I see there is still a problem so I'll set you straight...

When you post a message what you convey and how you convey it is all important.

If you are deliberately using all caps. in your post it shows laziness. More importantly
all caps. is very hard to read and when it comes to News Groups posting typing in all caps.
is akin to shouting.

So if your keyboard is broken... fix it. If your keyboard is not broken, please type using
mixed case. People don't like reading posts that are hard to read and are shouting at the
them. If you want a good reply to a question you don't want to piss off those who are
willing to help you.

Get the picture ?

Yeah, I get the picture. Now, about the taskbar issue...

Have you right-mouse clicked on the taskbar and made sure that it is not
locked?
