Taskbar help

So I somehow moved my taskbar from the bottom of my desktop to the righthand
side. I didn't think it was a big deal, but now I can't move it back. It's
not locked, and I can expand it to fill about half of the screen, but I can't
drag it back down to the bottom. Help?

No, I wasn't holding down the right mouse button. It's kind of frustrating
that the answer to my problem was that simple, but I really appreciate the
help. Apparently, I never would have figured that out on my own.
