Taskbar is hidden

After my screensaver comes up, my computer returns to the
startup screen. When I go back into my user account on
XP the Taskbar is invisible and nothing may be activated
from it.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this? I've already
checked the Help file for this on Windows and my computer
isn't set to auto-hide the taskbar.

PS: Is it just me, or does Microsoft suck in the way of
Customer Support? Until now I had no idea that they
actually charged you just to communicate with a Microsoft
Employee about a problem.

No Microsoft does not 'xxxx' in Customer Support.
Depends on your problem and if you did enough research
on the problem. Maybe there is somewhere else to
find solution like these newsgroups.
