taskbar disappears when language bar is removed

Hi all,
I am facing a very peculiar situation. I have winxp pro sp2. After I
installed one more language and put the language bar on my task bar, it
occupied the whole length of task bar, I can not see any other window
or programs on my task bar. When I remove my language bar it takes away
my taskbar.
Can somebody please help me with this situation? It is happening with
only 2 users in my machine, for other 2 users its all fine.
