Taskbar and Start Menu

My taskbar and start menu strangely disappeared and i cannot retrieve either of them. I try to open the Taskbar/StartMenu icon on the Control Panel, but even that will not open. My computer is my life and i do not know what i am going to do without my start menu. Help, please!!!

Taskbar Is Missing When You Log On to Windows

Your taskbar and desktop icons disappeared?? you can control your computer ONLY
with the task Manager??
dynamic desktop media it's an adware!!

See if you have this task running:-
1) end following process: sysu.exe
2)delete following folder: C:\Programs\ddm
