When I press CTRL-ALT-DEL (or when I try to use START-RUN) Task Manager
starts up all scrogged. Instead of coming up with the five tabs for
Applications - Processes - Performance - Networking - Users, I just get
the process list. Even at that I don't actually get Task manager at
all. I just get the 'inside' frame of the Processes list. Anyone have
any idea in hell what causes this and how to fix it?
