Task manager

When I press ctrl-alt-del, only the application screen is
available. Processes, Performance, networking aren't
available. Even File, Option, View, Help, close,
minimize, maximize aren't available. The only things
displayed are task, status, end task, new task, and
switch to. So, can anybody tell me how to change the
setting for task manager (w/o ctrl-alt-del)?

Greetings --

You're running Task Manager in "Small Footprint Mode." Simply
double-click anywhere along the top or side borders to return to a
normal view. Alternatively, pressing <Ctrl>+<Tab> will allow you to
cycle between the various displays, and <Alt>+<F4> will close it.
