CTRL + ALT + DEL

I always used CTRL+ALT+DEL and the windows task manager opened showing:

Applications
Processes
Tasks
Performance

Now...when I press CTRL+ALT+DEL, I only get a partial window with "TASKS"
displayed...I cannot even close the window w/o right clicking the green icon
down in the bottom right hand corner of my desktop!

Can anyone help me restore this dilemma?

Thanks,

You're running in what's called "Small Footprint Mode." To change back
and forth from this mode to regular mode, just double-click on the
border.

Dear Mr Blake:

I honestly did NOT think there was a suitable answer to my dilemma; in fact,
I was prepared to shut down NORTON, and perform a Systen Restore!

Then, I read your RSVP...all I can say is ..."WOW...this person is
brilliant!"

I did what you said, and my 'problem' has been corrected!

Thank you very, very much for your expertise!

You're welcome. Glad to help, and thank you for the kind words.

By the way, if you want more advice, get rid of Norton permanently.
It's the worst anti-virus program on the market. If you're willing to
pay for an anti-virus program, I recommend NOD32. If you want a
freeware one, I recommend Avast.
