ctrl+alt+del problem

I have WinXP Home Edition, it came with my computer which
I purchased about 2 months ago.
Everything worked fine, but now when I press CTRL+ALT+DEL
a pop up window comes up with JUST "End Task" "Switch To"
and "New Task" buttons and a list of apps that are
running. And there is no close button, or the red "X" in
the top right corner, nor are there other tabs.
Before when I pressed CTRL+ALT+DEL I got the same window,
but there were tabs for CPU Performance, Processes etc.

How can I get the normal window back?

Thanks
Daryl

I've had this problem before, and posted it here. what to
do is double-click on the tan outer part of the
ctrl-alt-del window to resize it.
