When task manager is called with ctrl/alt/delete there should be three tabs.
For some time I only get one tab, the list of running processes (the one
with Image Name heading the left column). Any fixes, please?

It sounds as if you have Task Manager running in "Tiny
footprint mode". Double click the border to restore it to its
original appearance.
