Task manager gone ctrl+alt+delete doesn't work

so my cad keys don't work and task manager won't pull up I tried to run the
task manager exe but it says it doesn't exist I'm logged in as an
administrator and it still doesn't work I have scanned and scanned again for
virus's and malwares but no luck anyone have any ideas? Thanks
 
Try Ctrl + Shift + Esc

This is another shortcut for the task manager
 
Ok went and did that opened the folder and it made a copy of regedit and
msconfig NO taskmgr.exe any ideas?
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type:

SFC /SCANNOW
 
Tried that still nothing thanks for the help by the way any more ideas?
