ctrl + alt + delete

I am running windows xp pro sp2. For some reason my ctrl + alt + delete
doesn't work anymore. Could someone tell me how I can get it back working. I
have tried clicking on the task bar. That didn't work. I've tried all 3 keys
and they don't work either.

Task Manager, MSCONFIG, or REGEDIT disappear while opening
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/ToolsQuit.htm

Error Message: "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator"
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/Taskmanager_error.htm

To start Task Manager:

Ctrl + Alt + Delete
or
Ctrl + Shift + Esc
or
Right click the Taskbar | Task Manager
or
Start | Run | Type: taskmgr | Click OK

Ctrl + Alt + Delete opens the Windows Security window if the Welcome screen
is turned off.
