Does it do the same thing when you boot in Safe-mode? Are you getting
any error messages?

Turn off the Auto Reboot on Crash option to see if you can get a
bugcheck error message. Right-click My Computer and then click on
Properties | Advanced | Startup and Recovery | Settings and uncheck
the "Automatically Reboot" option.

What about the Event Viewer Log, are any errors showing in there?

We need more information before we can offer or suggest solutions.

When it starts to shutdown it states windows\system32\service.exe terminating
and thenit gives the number 1073741819. When I try to download any info on
this it only gives me about 60 seconds before it shuts down

You have the w32.Sober.j virus. If you boot into safe mode you might be able
to get rid of it. If norton didn't detect this virus you may have other
viruses that will disable your anti-virus program.

What I would try first is run msconfig, then check selective startup, then
look for an entry containing windows\system32\service.exe then get some AV
protection http://free.grisoft.com download AVG and see if that will get
rid of your problem(If you can connect to the internet)

If you have this virus chances are you have a few others....
