System Restore to a point before Defrag. Need to Defrag again?

I'm wondering if you did a disk defrag, then had to use F8 and "restore to
last known good configuration" or a system restore, but the last restore
point was BEFORE the defrag took place, does the hard drive need to be
defragged again? Will SR/LKGC also un-restore all those files as
RE-fragmnted as they were before the Defrag? Thanks,

Hi Danny,
System Restore really only deals with the Windows Registry, and some other
system files. If you've recently defragmented your drive, the SR shouldn't
have fragmented it much at all.
