system properties

Confused?????

How come when I check my system properties,it lists Intel
(R)Celeron(TM)CPU 1300MHz 1.3GHz 512MB of RAM---which is
correct---and when it's running slow,lists it as Intel(R)
Pentium III(TM)1290MHz 1.29GHz 522MB of RAM?If I reboot
it goes to 1.3 and run just fine.
 
Look for those figures in the registry and try to find their paths.
