System Information/Help & Support

Hi.
When I select System Information the hour glass is visible for a few seconds
but then nothing is displayed.
Same fault with Help & Support.
Any ideas????

Click Start/Run and type:
"helpctr -regserver"

Tried your advice Ramesh but unfortunately problem hasn't been cured.
I am trying to access system information to see if there are any conflicts.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Click Start/Run and type %Systemroot%\Inf
Locate PCHealth.inf and right-click, choose Install.
Insert the XP source CD when prompted.

If you have installed XP SP1 or SP2, mention the path to Windows\ServicePackfiles\i386
