Help and support on start menu won't open.

when I click on start, then click on help and
support, my hour glass flashes briefly and then nothing
happens. How do i make my help and support work?
Any assistance is greatly apprecaited.

Hi Will:

Thanks so much for most helpful hint. I downloaded the registry utility on
suggested web site that changes a reg entry. Then cleaned up the registry
with Registry First Aid. After that, everything works perfectly.
