Help and Support won't open

Hi,
I need help. I click on Start then on help and support, but the help
and support screen won't open up. The hour glass shows for s second
then nothing. I can't get to help and support, to a trouble shooter or
anything that is in that help and support package. Does anyone have any
thoughts as to what may be happening and how to fix it?

You could try a system restore, or try this
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type services.msc /s, and then click OK.
Double-click Help and Support.
For Startup type, click Automatic, and then click OK.
