Help with reboot and event viewer entries

Hi,

My XP Pro box has been rebooting every now and then without warning and
I have looked at the Event Viewer to find these entries. The first is
at the bottom.

It mentions AVG 9 Free a bit.

Any help please?

Drop AVG, use Avira AntiVir.

Scan with MalwareBytes.

CHKDSK and then Defragment the drive.

Ensure Windows XP and all installed applications are fully updated.
