system file problem

My computer for several months, when using the computer
after it stands idle for some time, the system goes into
the safe mode. I have recently have had the blue screen of
death pop up. It indicates that the problem is caused by
the file ltmdmnt.sys. Does anyone know how to fix. I would
appreciate any help. I quess i have to restore these system
files?

This appears to be your Lucent Technologies modem driver. It is probably not
compatible with Standby or Hibernation modes.

Try and get some more recent drivers.
