Syncronize - deletions

I have Outlook 2000 at work and Outlook 2003 at home. When i log into our
system from home via a VPN connection i can log into my e-mail account. The
ony problem is when i come back to work all my e-mails in my inbox disappear.
I have checked my Outlook at home and at work and i don't have any rules on
my inbox to say delete any e-mails.

Any ideas on why my inbox would clear itself out automatically ?

This totally depends on the type of accounts being used and the default
delivery location set for both clients. From what I understand from your
post I expect you have your default delivery location at home set to a
pst-file. This means that they are being removed from the server. You should
set it to the Exchange mailbox.
