I managed to get my e-mail to load into my personal inbox (the one saved on
the computer) from my school e-mail account. But it MOVES it from my regular
inbox, thus when I log on to the Outlook Web Access page (when I'm away from
my home computer), there are no e-mail in the inbox.

How can I set it up so the e-mails a either copied or I just read them from
the exchange server inbox.

Also, how can I combine two calanders?

Depending on the account type you're using to access the mailbox, you could
change your delivery location to the Exchange mailbox. Then data would stay
on the Exchange server.
Also, how can I combine two calanders?

Open one, display it in a table view, select everything with CTRL-A, and
then click Edit>Copy to Folder, specifying the secont calendar as the
destination.
