synchronization of many PC's

If we try to synch up even 10 remote PC's with files we have on one server
in our home office, it tach's the processor up to 100% with ease. We have a
lot more PC's that we need to by synching up at approximately the same time.
Is there any tweaking we can do that would make this process better besides
the obvious (not synching at the same time)?

Thanks.

How are you syncing? With offline files?

If not, try using robocopy from the Windows Resource Kit... It is
what we use at the office to syncronize between two servers and it is
relatively proccessor friendly.
