Synchronization between 2 PCs

Hi All,

I have a laptop and a PC on the same network. They both belong to the same
user who uses the laptop for field work and the PC is in the office. I was
wondering if there was a way to sync the 2 outlooks so that they can have
the same emails? One thing to point out is that they have pop emails.
Both computers have the same account credentials. The laptop has a dial-up
connection when operated out of the office.

Is this possible?
