Synchronize Outlook 2003 between 2 PCs Live!

Ok,

I am a bit frustrated and cannot work! I got this new Treo 700w and I
have 3 different Outlook Locations all with either missing or duplicate
data.

ALL I AM ASKING IS TO HAVE THE DATA FOLLOW ME AND UPDATE ALL
SIMULTANEOUSLY.

You would think MS would think of these kinda things.

The Specifics:

1 Home Computer running Verizon's "EZSync" software - I have 1
Exchange Account and 6 POP accounts on that computer. This pushes to
my phone and vice versa.

1 Treo 700w - Anything I do on the phone puses BACK to the DesktopPC at
home.

So far so good....

Problem is I work... and at work I use a laptop. The laptop has
outlook with the 1 exchange account and 6 pop accounts on it too.
Anything I do on my laptop does NOT go to the phone or the computer at
home.

Responses I do not think help me:
1) I do NOT want to have my pst file external on a thumb drive
2) I do NOT want to have to copy PST files daily to sync them

Also.. you may ask why not install the Verizon software on the laptop
since i use it more.... well the problem is that when the laptop is
off... i get NO emails or updates to my phone.

Why is there no solution????? and please don't give me that stupid
slipstick site. It is worthless because it does not apply to the real
world. Most of those apps shut down my outlook and don't restart it
when it's done. I need LIVE or close to.... sync... without having to
buy Exchange. I am just a home users with 2 PCs .....

Can anyone help? or post REAL working suggestions... I don't want
theories.. I want somone who is doing this NOW... with their OWN email.

Your issue is with your sync software. DOes its documentation describe it
as being able to sync with more than one PC? Have you followed those
instructions? Synching is not an Outlook issue, but an issue for the vendor
of the sync software.
