sync toy in real time?

I just want to verify something: that sync toy can NOT automatically do syncs
in real time, without clicking "run".

I observed this functionality the first time I used the program (and only
then), but it is possible (....probable) that I was looking at the same
folder on both computers (as in, looking at one locally, and one over the
network), and didn't realize it!

However, if this IS available, if someone could tell me how to do it, that
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

As in, as I make a change in one of the monitored folders (one of the folders
in a pair) that change is immediately transfered to the other folder.

As far as I know SyncToy can't monitor for changes. It has to be run
manually or scheduled and then it'll sync or echo.

It sounds to me like RAID-1 mirroring may be really what you're after...?
Or would that be overkill?
