Sync Toy 1.2 and .Net Framework Issue

Every Time I start up Sync Toy, I get a dialog box from Microsoft .NET
Framework for an unhandled condition.

"Ticks must be be between Date Time MinValue Ticks and DateTime MaxValue
Ticks. Parameter Name Ticks."

I have tried reinstalling Sync Toy but to no avail. Does any one have an
idea as to what is happening?

I just started SyncToy up today for the first time in quite some time, and I
too am having this same message popup now.
