Sync Toy to Sync two PCs via USB flash drive

Hello,
I am planning on using sync toy to sync two pcs using a flash drive.
The help says sync toy creates a file called "SyncToyDirectoryId.txt" on the
top level of each folder that is paired. My question is if the folder
pair - and file is created using PC number 1, when I create another folder
pair using the same flash drive and PC number 2 will it overwrite
"SyncToyDirectoryId.txt" or will the software cope? If so how does it cope
with the same folder (on the flash drive) belonging to two pairs?
Thank you

As far as I know, this scenario works fine with SyncToy 1.4. Also in the
recently release SyncToy 2.0 Beta we have done away with the
SyncToyDirectoryId.txt file so that should not be a problem any more. You may
want to try out the new release - it has some great improvements.

Thanks
